TRELPERM operates under a clear, God-centered leadership hierarchy. At the helm is the President/Vision Bearer, providing spiritual oversight and vision for the ministry. The National Coordinator ensures executive coordination across all departments.

Our administrative framework includes dedicated officers for Administration, Finance, Human Capital, Spiritual Covering, Outreach, Operations, and Communication - all working together to advance the Great Commission.

Each officer is responsible for departmental leadership, accountability, and reporting under the spiritual oversight of the President.
